Annual Buddhist Community Conference 08

Dear all,

I hope this finds you in good health.

I have now managed to secure dates for our Buddhist Community Conference 08. The dates are May 21-23 2008. Pl pencil it in your diaries and I will be sending you invitations to you nearing the dates. The news is this time the Buddhist numbers have gone up significantly (in thousands now!) compared to earlier (hundreds). So pl make sure you get your application in advance so that your place will be secured. This time we are planning a day retreat at a Monastery.

Those of you are moving around a lot pl make sure you send me an email so that I can book you a place in advance. The maximum number that can be accommodated is 50 @ the Amport House. Sunil

I'm not sure what a Blog is, but I would like to leave a comment here.

I am extremely excited about going to the "Annual Buddhist Community Conference".

After speaking to Dr Sunil Kariyakarawana a fortnight ago, and not being aware that there was an annual conference, he assured me that it would be an exciting event.

I follow the New Kadampa Tradition and am extremely interested in what the Army has to offer Buddhism in the future and vice versa.

I look forward to seeing you there.
