Dear all,
On Monday the 17th of December 07 from 10:00-1600 we will be having a full day of meditation as the culmination of Lunch time meditation sessions we have had throughout the year. This is the second one of these and from now on this event has been sanctioned by the trainding manager as a Day Meditation Workshop which will take place several times of the year. This would be a great opportunity to decompress your stress and make yourself ready for the New Year!. As such this will be treated as a duty course and I am sure your line managers will support you and even encourage you to do it.
If you are around London or even if not pl join us. The deadline to register for the course is Monday the 10th of Dec.
